According to a report by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2016, employers will look for employees with special skills that predominate to grow the business. So what skills do we need to develop?
1. Flexible thinking
Flexible thinking means that at the same time we have to think and solve different problems. This skill is very important because the complexity of the work will increase in the coming years. Workers face more problems.

In the current information age 4.0, our country attaches great importance to the development of information that becomes the foundation of the economic system and those who are capable of managing information will play an important role in the companies.
