Just a stab in the dark, but did you think to go to www.dell.com/support, enter your service tag number, and then get all of the drivers you need from there?

No. As an IT Pro in this issf.vn, you should be able to do this. Installing drivers is a basic foundation and crucial to your IT knowledge and skill base. If you are having trouble picking out an “unknown” device, you could try using the UDI from http://www.zhangduo.com/udi.html and see if it can provide a more concise description for your missing drivers. I cannot, without having the system in front of me or performing a screen share (and charging you as a customer for my time), give you any more information than I already have.

Broadcom USH = security (even if no fingerprint reader is installed…)
Sometimes it is easier (faster) to download the “big pack”, unzip *.cab und point Windows driver search to this folder

Martin2012 has got it spot on – the Broadcom USH driver is called the ControlVault Driver.

Seems that the automated tool doesn”t even pick it up either. Just one of those things.
